Craig Kelly Just Got Egged So Happy Fucking Friday
"Stop hanging out with Nazis!" the egg-thrower yelled.
United Australia Party leader and prominent voice in the anti-vax community Craig Kelly has reportedly been egged in Melbourne.
We’ve truly come full circle in the world of politics and, apparently, we’re back to egging politicians. Three years after Will Connolly egged then-Senator Fraser Anning, a local Melbourne woman has done the same to Kelly.
In the footage, the woman can be seen throwing two eggs at Kelly while yelling “stop hanging out with Nazis” repeatedly.
“You’re a Nazi lover, Craig. You’re a fucking our democracy. You’re a Nazi lover, Craig. Craig, stop hanging out with Nazis. You’re an anti-Semite,” the woman can be heard saying.
“You’re a Nazi-loving piece of shit, Craig.”

The egging reportedly happened at a United Australia Party event in Melbourne on Friday. It is unclear what specifically prompted the woman to egg him, or if it was a pre-planned attack.
The incident comes after The Guardian revealed on Friday morning that Craig Kelly flew to Melbourne for anti-vax rallies at the expense of taxpayers.
“I was lobbying support for that [private member’s bill] across the nation,” he told the Guardian. “If that’s not parliamentary business, nothing is,” Kelly told The Guardian, defending his decision by claiming he flew economy.
“If I was any member of parliament, such a large public rally would be parliamentary business that you went to it. The fact that I had a private member’s bill, or a couple of private members’ bills before parliament at that stage, I think makes it a direct [matter of parliamentary business].
“It wasn’t a conference on Hamilton Island or something like that.”
