Let’s Enjoy Captain Marvel Staring Down The Avengers In This New ‘Avengers: Endgame’ Clip
We also know where Carol Danvers has been hanging out for the past few decades.
Friends, there’s a new clip available to our hungry eyes from Avengers: Endgame, and we simply must discuss it.
Oh boy.
This is the first clip released in the lead-up to Endgame, and as thankful as I am, I kinda want them to stop giving stuff away! Leave me some mystery, thank you. Then again, this clip is only one minute and 13 seconds long, and the entire film is somewhere around 7 hours long, so I guess I’ll be OK.
Anyway, it looks like this is from fairly early in the film (as we don’t have a Tony Stark or Nebula with us) and it consists of the Avengers who survived the snap having a little strategy meeting with their new buddy Captain Marvel.
“So let’s get them,” says Carol, talking about Thanos’s sparkly infinity stones. “Use them to get everyone back.”
However, her cockiness isn’t wildly appreciated, and what follows is some classic Avengers dick-measuring.
“If we do this, how do we know it will end any differently to how it did before?” asks Bruce Banner, which is fair. They all famously failed fighting Thanos in Infinity War, and they had a whole bunch more friends then.
“Because before you didn’t have me,” answers Danvers, like a badass.

We also discover where the hell Captain Marvel has been, and why she didn’t show up to help out during, say, the last two Avengers films.
“There are a lot of other planets in the universe — but unfortunately they didn’t have you guys.”
And finally, it’s worth noting that right at the end, Steve Rogers does a swear!
